Refund & Return Policy

At Bottled Virtue, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll work with you to make it right.

Return Window

You have 60 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • In their original condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, used grooming products cannot be returned.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll provide return instructions. For eligible domestic returns, a prepaid return label may be provided at our discretion.

Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. We’ll evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Please retain all original packaging and materials when reporting a damaged item.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Duties, taxes, and import fees paid on international orders are non-refundable. Original shipping costs are non-refundable for refused or returned international shipments.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used products
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the eligible product and place a new order.
