Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Bottled Virtue. The following terms and conditions outline our Shipping Policy.


Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via the email address provided at checkout.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping charges for domestic orders are calculated and displayed at checkout.

We typically ship:

  • Orders under 1 lb via USPS Ground Advantage

  • Orders over 1 lb via USPS Ground Advantage

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


International Shipping

Bottled Virtue offers international shipping to select destinations outside the United States.

International orders are shipped via DHL, and availability, shipping rates, and delivery timelines vary based on destination and carrier conditions.


Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

For some international orders, DHL may calculate and collect applicable duties, taxes, and import fees at checkout. When these charges are collected in advance, they are based on carrier-provided information and are intended to reduce or eliminate additional fees upon delivery.

However, customs authorities in the destination country have final authority over import requirements and charges. In rare cases, additional fees, delays, or documentation requests may occur and are outside of our control.

Bottled Virtue is not responsible for customs-related delays or additional charges imposed after shipment.


Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Tracking information is typically available within 24 hours of shipment.


Shipping Delays

Bottled Virtue is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.


Damages

Bottled Virtue is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Bottled Virtue is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an address issue, original shipping charges are non-refundable.


International Returns & Refused Shipments

If an international shipment is returned due to customs restrictions, refusal by the recipient, failure to pay required fees, or incomplete documentation, original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Changes to Shipping Availability

Shipping availability may change at any time based on carrier policies, regulatory requirements, or product restrictions.
